Inspiration Arena
The inspiration arena is a gorgeous space with seats for 150 wellbeing enthusiasts. We will have 7 amazing talks on the day, starting from 10:10am.

The Demo Den
In our interactive space, up to 25 people can attend workshops where you can learn new wellbeing techniques. We have 5 amazing sessions that you can join in on the day, ranging from Yoga to Reiki Drum Healing.

The Energy Enclave
In our interactive space, up to 25 people can attend workshops and talks where you can learn new wellbeing techniques and tons of knowledge that you can take away. We have 8 amazing sessions that you can join in on the day, ranging from a cacao ceremony, connecting with your loved ones in the spirit world to tips about how to deal with elderly parents.

The Wellness for Kids Arena sponsored by Booming Performance and Pennington Choices
We know that wellbeing isn’t just for adults, so we’ve asked Jen from Happy Kids Yoga and her team to run an amazing space for the under 12s. With numerous interactive workshops throughout the day, it’s an opportunity for the children to have fun and to learn about just how important wellbeing is to everyone, regardless of age.

The Living Well Bus
The public health team from Warrington Borough Council got in touch with us asking if the Living Well bus could attend our festival, and of course, we said yes!
The Living Well Bus is a free service delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and provides a range of services, including health checks, routine immunisations, and health and wellbeing advice.
Lovely medics will be on hand if you need a blood pressure check, cholesterol check, or some advice - pop onto the bus and have a chat!
