Is there parking at the event?

There is parking for over 300 cars at the Engine Room, and the overflow can be found across the road on Chadwick Place

How do I get in?

On arrival, please proceed to the main entrance at the rear of The Engine Rooms (just off the car park). Please have your e-ticket ready for scanning if you have pre-booked. On scanning/purchasing your ticket, you will be issued with a wrist band which you must wear throughout the duration of the event. Anyone seen not wearing a wrist band will be asked to leave.

How can I pay?

Tickets to the event will be available on the day, although will be limited. Tickets can be purchased by card only, and are priced £7.50 for 13 and over, 12 and under are free. The Refreshment Lounge is also card only. You will be able to purchase from the Marketplace, and vendors may accept cash or card, so best to bring both just in case.

Will refreshments cater for me?

We will have a range of options available to suit most dietary requirements

What’s included in my ticket price?

Your ticket will give you access to the event, the Market Place and everything on the program. Refreshments and market purchases will incur additional charges.

How do I get in on the event program?

Items on the program are strictly limited spaces, and will be “first come, first served”, so make sure you're at the festival plenty of time before your chosen event starts to avoid disappointment. We anticipate that events will be popular, so use the handy day planner included in this program to avoid missing anything!

Is it indoor or outdoor?

If the weather is good, the Marketplace will be outdoors, so bring some sunscreen! If the weather is wet, the Marketplace will be inside. All other events and refreshments are inside The Engine Rooms.
