Get your diaries out because we’re back for our third year! We’re bringing you a full day of fun, knowledge and plenty of wellbeing vibes! Whether you’re a novice to the world of wellbeing or an expert, we’ve got something for you. We also have an area and program especially for children and teens.
When you arrive at the festival, make sure you check out our fabulous day planners so that you can look at all the amazing, talks and demos we’ve got planned. Don’t forget to include time to wonder around our fantastic market place because there is so much knowledge to be learnt there, too!
Tickets are £15 per adult and 17 and unders are free
(You can buy tickets on the day but we recommend that you pre-book so you can get into the festival quicker. If you do buy your ticket on the day, it is card payments only).

Inspiration Arena
The inspiration arena is a gorgeous space with seats for 150 wellbeing enthusiasts. We have 6 amazing talks from ranging from energy management, spirit mediums to hormones - brilliant talks on the day, starting from 10:30am.

The Energy Enclave
In our interactive space, up to 25 people can attend workshops . We have 7 amazing sessions that you can join in on the day, ranging from Yoga, Reiki Drum Healing and breathwork.

The Elevation Station
In our interactive space, up to 40 people can attend talk. We have 6 amazing sessions that you can join in on the day, ranging from updates from 2 of our non- profits to meditations and men’s health.

The Demo Den

The Teen Tent - New for 2025
A new addition for the Warrington Wellbeing Festival 2025 - The Teen Tent. We think teens now more than ever need support and tools to help them to build resilience in this crazy world. We are excited to put on some inspiring and fun sessions where our teens can be their authentic selves and learn some skills to help set them up in this journey we call life.

The Wellness for Kids Arena
We know that wellbeing isn’t just for adults, so we’ve asked Jen from Happy Kids Yoga and her team to run an amazing space for the under 12s. With numerous interactive workshops throughout the day, inluding yoga and crafty activities, it’s an opportunity for the children to have fun and to learn about just how important wellbeing is to everyone, regardless of age.

Directions for men
Directions For Men provides groups for men to come and talk about whatever it is that is affecting their mental health. We support each other through difficult times and we help each other by talking about what worked for us when we were going through difficult times

Peace & Mind UK
Launched on September 15th 2023 in memory of Brianna Ghey, the Peace & Mind Campaign aims to get mindfulness training - delivered by Mindfulness in Schools Project - in all schools, starting in Brianna’s hometown of Warrington, with the hope of spreading out around England. Mindfulness can improve mental health and provide people with tools which build mental resilience, empathy and compasion.

In memory of Warrington man Adam Lewis, we’re raising awareness of Sudden Arrhythmic Death Syndrome in young people and providing fully-funded heart screening to find and treat undiagnosed, asymptomatic heart conditions since 2015.
